Baccarat
Baccarat is a card game that has perhaps the simplest set of rules of all the card games you will find at a casino. It has many relations to Blackjack, but the rules are actually much simple to comprehend.
Baccarat is played from a six-deck or an eight-deck shoe. All open cards and 10s have no value. Cards less than 10 are counted at value, Aces have value 1. Suits don’t count. Only single digit values are valid. Any count that reaches a double digit drops the left digit. 15 is counted as 5 and 25 is also counted as 5. To start, the players bet either on Banco or Punto or Standoff. The dealer gives two cards each player; at the begining to the player and then the banker. The goal of the game is to bet on the hand that you hope will have the highest value in total. A third card can be dealt to either or both the person that play (Punto) and the bank (Banco) based on the following three-card-rules. It is not necessary to learn these rules to start playing, they are compulsory decisions and automatic.
When playing online baccarat, there are three possible outcomes that can take place in the game. The game can either be won by the banker hand, the player hand, or it could be a tie, in which both the banker hand and the player hand are holding an equal amount of points.
